How it works

Twenty free minutes. Then one hour that ends with something running.

You bring the task. I bring the build.

  1. Before

    The free call, 20 minutes

We go through your week and find the 3 jobs AI should be doing. For each one you get the plan: the tools, the steps, what it costs to run. Build them yourself if you want. If you'd rather not, book the hour and we do the first one together.

  2. During

The hour, live on your screen

You share your screen or give me the logins. We pick the task. I connect it to AI using what you already pay for: your email, your CRM, your sheets, ChatGPT or Claude, n8n or Make. You watch. You ask. By minute 50 it's running on a real example.

  3. After

You keep it, plus the note

Same day you get the recording and a one-page note: what we built, how to change it, what to do if it breaks, and the three things I'd automate next. The automation lives in your accounts. There's nothing to cancel.

What you need

A task you do more than once a week. The logins for the tools it touches. An hour where you can share your screen. That's it. You don't need to be technical; I do the building.

What I need from you on the call

Honest answers about what takes time. Owners usually underestimate the manual stuff by half. The free call is where we find the real number.

What the hour is not

It's not a strategy session and it's not a lesson. We build one thing. If you want to learn the tool afterwards, the recording and the note are enough for most people.

Pick one. We build it in an hour.

Questions people ask before booking

I don't know what to automate. Is the hour still useful?

Yes. That's what the free call is for. Most owners have three obvious tasks; we pick the one that pays back fastest.

Do I need to be technical?

No. You need to know your business and have the logins. I do the building. The note afterwards is written so you can change things yourself.

Which tools do you use?

Whatever you already pay for. Most sessions end up in n8n, Make or Zapier connected to ChatGPT or Claude and your email, CRM or sheets. I don't sell software and I don't take referral fees from any tool.

What if it breaks next month?

In the four-hour pack, fixes are included. On a single hour, email me; small fixes I'll just do. Bigger changes become another hour.

Can your team build the rest?

Yes. Horizon Dev is 15 engineers. If your hour turns into "we need this across the company," I'll quote it fixed-price after the session and credit what you've paid.

What does "you don't pay" actually mean?

If we reach the end of the hour and nothing is running, I refund it in full. It hasn't happened yet, and I'd rather have the rule than the argument.

The task you're thinking of right now. That one.

Twenty minutes, free. By the end of the call you'll know if an hour fixes it.

No pitch. No deck. If it's not a fit, I'll say so.
