Microsoft
Taken over the same day. Launched on the date.
A Microsoft web property with more than a million active users a year was midway through its 2.0 launch, and the previous developer wasn't cutting it.
What happened
I got the call, met the team within 30 minutes, and had the codebase the same day. The front end was rebuilt in React on top of headless WordPress, with a proper CI/CD pipeline so every change went out safely. The galleries and pages that talk to their APIs were built while the launch requirements kept changing, right up to the date.
The automation part
Alongside the site, custom automation for their partner network took work that was being done by hand out of the loop. Their partners' operational overhead dropped by about 40%.
Why it's here
Not every job is an AI model. Some are "the thing has to work, at scale, by Thursday." If you're booking an hour, this is the part that tells you I finish.
The task you're thinking of right now. That one.
Twenty minutes, free. By the end of the call you'll know if an hour fixes it.
No pitch. No deck. If it's not a fit, I'll say so.
