Lead Gen Jay's automations, reviewed and fixed on a live call

Lead Gen Jay's workflows kept crashing on spreadsheet limits, AI usage limits and a webhook that wouldn't connect. On one call I found the causes and showed him simpler fixes.

What it does

  1. His tool for finding posts to comment on was crashing a spreadsheet. Move the data to a real database instead.
  2. Replace the row-by-row duplicate checks with one database query that skips posts he's already seen.
  3. Fix a loop that never ended, then run six or seven posts at once to stay under AI limits.
  4. Use one AI agent with its own research tool instead of separate research and writing calls.
  5. Fixed live: a webhook set to the wrong request type, and an email login using the wrong account.

Who it's for

Owners who built their own automations and keep hitting crashes, usage limits or connections that won't work.

What changes

You see how I work on a live call: find the cause, fix what can be fixed on the spot, map out the rest.

More builds

The task you're thinking of right now. That one.

Twenty minutes, free. By the end of the call you'll know if an hour fixes it.

No pitch. No deck. If it's not a fit, I'll say so.
