Several inboxes sorted, with drafts in the right voice for each
I was jumping between three Gmail accounts every day to keep up with clients. This build sorts all three by importance and drafts replies, with a different tone for business and personal email.
What it does
- Every minute, it checks each of your Gmail accounts for new email and pulls out the plain text.
- Each email follows the rules for the account it arrived in.
- AI files it as a promotion, account notice, spam, client or opportunity. Anything else is left alone.
- For account notices, clients and opportunities, AI decides if a reply is needed. Confirmation codes don't get one.
- When a reply is needed, AI drafts it in that account's tone and signature, saved in the thread.
