A store chatbot that solves problems instead of going in circles

Most store chatbots push customers through button menus and send them in circles. I lay out how to build one that answers from your real support history and hands off to a person when it's stuck.

What it does

  1. Clean your past support chats first: cut the ones where the customer never got help.
  2. Load those chats and your help documents into a searchable memory the chatbot reads from.
  3. Give it chat history, so it remembers what the customer already said.
  4. Test it with real questions and fix the training data where answers come out wrong.
  5. When it can't help, it hands off to a person, and that solved chat goes back into its memory.

Who it's for

Online store owners whose support chat sends customers in circles before they ever reach a person.

What changes

Customers get real answers instead of button menus, and every chat your team solves teaches the bot for next time.

The task you're thinking of right now. That one.

Twenty minutes, free. By the end of the call you'll know if an hour fixes it.

No pitch. No deck. If it's not a fit, I'll say so.
