A task board that assigns work and updates itself when it's done
Tasks come in by email, then someone copies them onto the board, assigns them and updates them by hand. This setup creates each task already assigned and dated, and runs the next step when it's checked off.

What it does
- AI turns an incoming request into a task with an owner, a due date and a description.
- The task lands on your team's board, assigned to the right person with the due date set.
- Every minute, the automation checks the board for tasks that changed.
- When a task is checked off, it marks the card done and adds a dated note, like 'client contacted'.
- Simple moves, like shifting a finished task to another person's board, run on the board's own built-in rules.
Who it's for
Owners who run team tasks on a shared board and still copy requests in and update cards by hand.
What changes
Tasks reach the right person with a due date, and finished ones get closed out and noted the moment someone ticks the box.
More builds
The task you're thinking of right now. That one.
Twenty minutes, free. By the end of the call you'll know if an hour fixes it.
No pitch. No deck. If it's not a fit, I'll say so.
